Accounting

Our Accounting Department handles day-today business needs of Subaru of Georgetown along with additional locations in our group. Positions include Payables, Receivables, Automotive Titling, Automotive Billing, and Human Resources, along with additional support/clerical staff. Candidates for our Accounting Department must be detail oriented, have effective communication skills, and have the ability to meet important work deadlines.

2+ years in Auto Dealership environment preferred.

Parts


Subaru Parts Specialist play an important role in the success of our Service and Wholesale business. This department is responsible for fulfilling requests for parts to repair customer cars, sell to walk-in customers and third-party facilities. Parts Specialist use their knowledge of automobiles and an extensive parts data base to complete their tasks. Our Parts Department also employees support staff, including warehouse stockers and delivery drivers. Candidates for parts positions should be detail-oriented and have great customer service experience. 

2+ years in automotive parts and/or 1+ year in automotive dealership parts is preferred.

Sales

Subaru Brand Specialists are often the first people our customers meet. Using their in-depth product knowledge, they demonstrate the features and benefits of Subaru models to clients. Maintaining relationships with new and prospective customers plays a key role in a Subaru Brand Specialist's success. Candidates for sales positions should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and great customer service experience.

2+ years in new, certified pre-owned, or used car sales strongly preferred.

Service


The Service Department has the greatest interaction with our customer base. Service is depended upon to assist customers in maintaining or repairing their vehicle while ensuring that the customer's visit to the dealership is as easy and efficient. Service Advisors are our customers' point of contact, conveying concerns to Service Technicians. Technicians diagnose the cause of these concerns, provided estimates on repairs and perform repairs and maintenance services. This Department also has many support staff roles, including Cashiers, Loaner Car Coordinators, Appointment Coordinators, Valets, Car Washing and Detailing staff. Service employees should have excellent communication skills, great customer service experience and be a team player.

Service Advisors and Service Technicians - 2+ years' experience strongly preferred

Support Staff positions - 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
