We at Subaru of Georgetown value your safety and are taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while continuing to meet customer's needs. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as part of their Guidance on Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce, lists Automotive Dealerships as critical. To that end, Subaru of Georgetown remains available in the event you require assistance with your Subaru. Online scheduling is available for our Service Center, if you require vehicle roadside assistance, please call using the Starlink button in your Subaru, the Starlink App or 800-261-2155.

Our dealership's management team continues to monitor information from state and local health authorities and the CDC for their guidelines and recommendations on how we can prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of the dealership facilities daily by full time dedicated staff
  • Additional weekly professional disinfection of entire facility using EPA-approved aerosol for removing viruses and bacteria from air and surfaces
  • Sanitizing gel available on-site to employees and customers
  • Staff has been given specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they feel ill
  • Schedules have been altered to form shifts which reduces employee and customer exposure 
  • Adhering to recommendations on social distance from other staff and customers
  • Reduced hours to further reduce exposure time (Subaru of Georgetown now closes at 6 pm, Monday-Saturday)

In-Home Buying Process

Even knowing we are taking extra measures, some of you may still be hesitant to come in and see us here at the dealership. We are offering an In-Home Buying Process to help make finding a new or preowned vehicle safe and easy.  Here is how it works:

1. Get in touch with us! Reach out to us via phone 888-694-7819 or message us and let us help you find the right vehicle for you.

2. Work out the specifics of your vehicle selection with our Certified Sales and Leasing Consultant.  We have a great selection of new Subaru models and pre-owned cars available right now, but if you don't see the perfect match, don't worry - there are still more on the way!

3. Choose your financing option. Subaru Motors Finance is making the choice easy for customers by making March 2020 one of the best times to finance or lease a new Subaru. There are no additional charges to take advantage of the In-Home Buying offer - the great price you see, is the price you pay. We pride ourselves on low prices upfront.

4. Determine the value of your trade-in. We can put together an estimated appraised value after a few questions about your vehicle.

5. Submit your credit application securely online. Your Sales Consultant will work with you to gather any additional documentation, if needed.

6. Schedule a call with our Finance department. We can answer questions and walk you through any contracts, protections, and warranty details.

7. Set an appointment to take delivery of your new vehicle!  Your Sales Consultant will find a time to bring your new vehicle to you. You will have the opportunity to drive your new vehicle and make sure it is everything you expected. We will review your trade (if applicable) and guide you through your paperwork. Upon completion, the consultant will answer any questions and manage any payments.

8. When the time is right, there will be an opportunity to come to the dealership for the Love Encore Delivery. Our Love Encore Delivery Specialist will reach out to you by phone after purchase to find a time that is right for you.
